Our ancestors said, "First happiness is a healthy body". This means that a healthy body is the basis of all the happiness of life. But in today's time, 99.9% of people are not healthy. This means that their first happiness is incomplete! If your first happiness is incomplete, then how can you get other happiness of life? How will the "second happiness of peace in the house" come when your money is being spent on doctors and medicines?
